Knights

Noah has been talking about the Middle Ages at school and can hardly contain his excitement for all things knight. My favorite local toy store has a large selection of costumes just perfect for him. The boys have already turned their golf clubs into jousting sticks. They never cease to crack me up. Here are a few shots of their dress up play day at the store.

Skype

This morning I brought the computer to the table while Celia was eating breakfast so I could send a few emails. She immediately started to clap and wave. I think she was disappointed that Grandma and Grandpa never showed up on the screen.

BFF

N: "Ella is my best friend ever, in the whole world."

That was easy

It is nearing two months ago that Micah decided he was wearing underwear. Shawn and I had nothing to do with it. He just decided one day and that was that. Thank the Lord! Here's to hoping Celia is just as easy.

This picture is pure Micah. Winter sports helmet, goggles and underwear. Oh yay! The kid falls all the time but is remarkably tough and limber. He often *finishes* out a fall with "That was a good flip" and a giggle.

Our blue eyed girl

Somehow a year has passed and our Celia girl is now one. I've been putting off this post - probably because I don't want to believe it. I have a feeling she will always be baby C to us.

Celia is just the best girl. She adores her big brothers and they feel the same. She is an absolute mama's girl. Filling our family with her fun and spunky personality, I predict she will rule our household one day. Mistress of the house?! I am so thankful this beautiful girl is in our life.

Clean

Apparently I have succeeded in at least one effort as a mother. Celia's favorite spot is on a stool pretending to wash her hands.

Sledding

Now that our snow is almost gone I figure I'd better get these sledding photos up. We have a park behind our house with a great sledding hill. Fun.

Opportunity knocks

Celia woke up from a nap and after a short bit all three kids and I were in her room just hanging out. I thought they looked so cute so I ran and grabbed the camera.
