Preschool

Noah finished preschool on May 10th.  We are fortunate to have found a wonderful preschool that is a good fit for our family.  Noah has adored his teachers and made special friends.  Most importantly he has had such a positive start to his education.

1st day of preschool this year

last day
Mom and Noah shot at the end of year ice cream social.   Can you tell that he was eager to go run play with his pals?

Summer Fun

Noah and I whipped up our Summer List today.  It rained all day and ended up being a bit of a brutal morning.  I decided it was time to make a list of activities that can serve as go tos on tough days as well as things to look forward to.  Here's to an enjoyable summer.

Marriage material

Noah (smiling):  "Mom, Drew told Josie that he wants to marry her."
Me:  "Drew must really like her."
N:  "Yeah."
Me:  "Is there anyone you like so much that you would want to marry?"
N:  "Yeah, Celia."

Oh melt.

Sweet boy

Micah took a nice, long nap yesterday.  So while his brother and sister were in bed, he had some alone time with mom and dad.  He is in a sweet phase right now.  I really do believe in that equilibrium and disequilibrium thing.  Yay for three.

M: "I will be a mom when I grow up."
Me: "Why do you want to be a mom?"
M:  "Because moms are SO awesome."
Me: "That's nice Micah."
M:  "You are SO awesome."

He has also taken to saying "You're the best mom/dad ever" at random moments.  Love that kid!

Baby whisperer

My brother, Tyler, is uncle extraordinaire.  He really should be called the baby/kid whisperer.  When he left on Monday my heart ached for him to live closer, for my kids and me.  We were so happy to have him visit.

Hoopsters

The boys came downstairs with these "sweatbands" on last week.  Nothing like mom's sparkly headbands  to make you look like a tough baller

Visitor

Uncle Tyler is visiting and I don't think our kids could love him any more.  We took him to Skyzone and jumped our hearts out on the trampolines.  Even Celia got into it.  The kids were nice and worn out after.  Naps for all.

Spring Program

Noah had his Spring program last week.  Each class sang 3 songs then all the morning classes sang another 3 together.   Very sweet.

Noah isn't as short as he looks in these photos, he just happens to be with a really tall classmate. :)
